Annis, the suburban agriculture specialist on consulting team NF-3, has been with the Noble Foundation since 2001. He began his Noble Foundation career as the soil and crops discipline assistant. His experience is primarily in pest management, row crop production, introduced pasture, wheat, cotton, soybeans, corn and grain sorghum.

Annis's primary responsibilities include consulting and building programs as well as forming alliances to serve "part time farmers/ranchers" and collaborating with other team members to provide discipline-specific consulting to these cooperators.

Before coming to the Noble Foundation, Annis worked as an area specialist for the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service, a research associate for the University of Arkansas Experiment Station and a research associate in the agriculture chemical industry.
