Donnell came to the Noble Foundation in summer 2007 as an ag economist associate for the NF-2 team. Her previous graduate work revolved around both the cost and value of preconditioned feeder calves.

Donnell grew up on a cow-calf operation in the small northeast Oklahoma town of Wyandotte.
