Jones joined the Agricultural Division in September 2008 as an Agricultural Services and Rources Assistant. Jones answers the Helpline, routing requests to the appropriate consultants. She receives, processes, prepares and sends samples for analysis. And she provides publication distribution to customers and cooperators.

Before coming to the Noble Foundation, Jones was employed at 1-800Flowers.com, she was the Training Manager over Platform training. During her tenure, the Ardmore call center won the Top Training 125 and the ICMI Top 51 and Top 17 Call Center Awards.

Jones is a native of Ardmore, Okla., and a graduate of Ardmore High School. Jones attended the University of Oklahoma after graduation.
