Becca McMillan joined the Noble Foundation in October 2005, she is the administrative assistant for the Ag Research Group. Before coming to the Foundation, she worked in Ardmore for Paula Bush's State Farm Insurance Office as a bank specialist.

McMillan grew up in Georgetown, Texas, where she graduated from Georgetown High School. She now lives on a ranch near Dickson, Okla.
