This in-depth eight week (one night a week) educational opportunity is designed to familiarize current and future fresh market vegetable and fruit growers with management, production, and marketing guidelines to meet the ever increasing demand for locally grown foods. The school is a cooperative effort between OSU, Noble Foundation and ODAFF. The location for the school is OSU-OKC. Registration fee is $60.00 per individual.
