    September 23 – Whitetail Deer Workshop
    Double D Ranch, Loco, OK. 10:00 a.m. to 5:20 p.m. Registration is $15.

    September 25 – Pecan Workshop
    This will be from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Kruse Auditorium on the Noble Foundation campus. The topic in September will be equipment needs. This session will include a tour of Savage Equipment in Madill, OK and a grading demonstration. There is no registration fee.

    September 30 thru Nov 18 – 2008 Oklahoma Market Gardening School
    This in-depth eight week (one night a week) educational opportunity is designed to familiarize current and future fresh market vegetable and fruit growers with management, production, and marketing guidelines to meet the ever increasing demand for locally grown foods. The school is a cooperative effort between OSU, Noble Foundation and ODAFF. The location for the school is OSU-OKC. Registration fee is $60.00 per individual.     A joint meeting of the Oklahoma Section of the Society for Range Management and the Oklahoma Chapter of the Wildlife Society. Wednesday's location will be the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge near Indiahoma, OK and Thursday's location will be the Hackberry Flat Wildlife Management Area near Frederick, OK.
