| The meeting is designed to show the importance of protecting supplies of ammonium nitrate and anhydrous ammonia from terrorists and drug manufacturers, inform farmers and ranchers of new proposed laws and regulations that may make obtaining ammonium nitrate more difficult and expensive and provide tips on how to protect fertilizer from thieves.
