Application Process 1. Complete and submit the online application. Alternatively, download the PDF Version of the Scholar Program brochure and complete and submit the included application. 2. Forward the following materials to: Summer Research Scholar Program The Samuel Robert Noble Foundation PO Box 2180 Ardmore, Oklahoma 73402 a. Original copy of your official transcript for each of the colleges and universities attended or attending. b. A letter of recommendation. Your application will not be considered until all materials are received.
